Eddie's Pineapple Chili

 

Ingredients

- Dried Beans, your choice, 1-2lb/0.5-1kg

- Mrs. Grimes Chili Beans in Chili Sauce, ~7lb/3kg can

- Tomatoes, any style, ~2lb/1kg can

- Pineapple, chunks, 1-2lb/0.5-1kg can

- Collard or Turnip Greens, ~2lb/1kg can

- Sour Kraut, 1-2lb/0.5-1kg can/jar

- Sweet Potatoes/Yams, ~3lb/1.5kg can

- Mushrooms, Onions, Olives, etc...

 

Equipment

- a very large pot

- something to stir with

- something to dip with

- something to cut with

 

Procedure

- Cook the Dried Beans.

- Turn the heat Off!

- Add 1/2 Mrs. Grimes Chili Beans. Freeze the rest.

- Dice Tomatoes, then add.

- Cut Pineapple chunks in half, then add.

- Add Collard or Turnip Greens.

- Add Sour Kraut.

- Dice Sweet Potatoes/Yams, then add.

- Add Mushrooms, Onions, Olives, etc.

- Stir until mixed.

- Dip servings.

- Heat servings, covered, in microwave oven.

- Refrigerate the rest.
